The exhibition Shadows was a sound installation which examined the play, rhythms and similarities between my own Norwegian dialect from Trondheim and the Black Country dialect from the West Midlands of England.

The exhibition attracted an enormous response from the press and media both locally and nationally. The accompanying public discussion D’Yow talk Vikin? was organised by the Light House to create a discussion around the exhibition.
